Requirements:

• Membership of Coinbox Cooperative (just register with NGN2,000)
• An account relationship with the bank for a minimum of 30 days (if applicable)
• Completed loan form
• Acceptable guarantor
• Statement of net worth for both the borrower and the guarantor
• 6 months bank statement of borrower and guarantor
• Executed but undated cheques of borrower and guarantor
• Acceptable means of ID card
• Passport photos of both guarantor and borrower
• Board resolution for corporate requests
• Cash Equity of 30 %
• Acceptable collateral in form of shares, equipment, household items, landed property, fixed deposit, cars, etc
• Tenors run to a maximum of 6 months
• Company documents such as Certificate of Incorporation photocopy, Memorandum and Article of Association, Form C07,Form C02 will be required for corporate accounts
• Referal letter from Coinbox (at a fee of 5%)
• Profoma invoice from a recognised inverter company

• charges for this service are:
• 2% flat – Loan Processing Fee (paid upfront)
• 2% flat – Management Fee (paid upfront)
• • 5% flat – Interest Rate (charged on reducing balance after the first 30 days)
  • N500 – N3000 – Loan form (depending on the volume)Other charges such as corporate search and credit history search will apply as applicable and these typically run between N1,000 to N20,000 collectively.
