VACANCY - CONTRACT MARKETER

Our client in the real estate industry based in Magodo GRA, Lagos, requires the services of contract marketers.
The position will require a marketer with at least 1 year experience in real estate marketing who is
- a graduate in any discipline
- a strong self motivated person
- a fast learner
- a good track record is an added advantage
- dynamic and thinks on his/her feet
- great communication skills
- has the ability to study the market and move accordingly
- has a long term outlook for the real estate market
- good leadership and team skills
- has a strong desire and ability to sell


the job is to start on a contract basis where pay is strictly on commission but a small allowance will be negotiated.
staff will be appraised based on job performance over a 6 month to 1 year period and the top performers will be converted to full employees on salary with the company.
